Getting an E0001 on an Omega ST Autoclave. What does it indicate the problem is? Thank you

I've never seen one, but I just was asked if I could get a gasket for one. It looks like a knock off of a Ritter M-11. The 0001 error code on a Ritter is a power failure, often caused by losing water and overheating. The overheat thermostat kills the line voltage coming into the unit and then when it resets, you get the 01 error.
