Have inherited this machine and want to use for small joint MSK ultrasound. Is there facility for power Doppler?

Philips has a brandname called Color Power Angio, really just Power Doppler, look for that key. You may need to turn on CF first and CPA may be a submenu.
Older Siemens units use term Color Doppler Energy but its also just Power Doppler.
