There is a user manual and a service manual under "Documents" for the Shandon Finesse E+ & ME+, somewhere here on the site. I am not sure what differences there might be between the Finesse E, E+, and 325 (the ME and ME+ are motorized versions) but you should download that manual - I think it will most likely cover most of what you need to know.
MedWrench support (Ben C): I would recommend consolidating all of the the Finesse forums/documentation into one.

HM325 its a manual microtome not cryostat, its not the same design.
