Software got wiped from my computer

I need to reinstall the software for using my equipment on my Window's OS. My system was recently wiped and i lost all file and programs installed on it. I have installed another windows OS but can no longer use my equipment as the software is no longer there. Kindly help me with a link to download the software for my equipment
