do not remove better lower the whole bed and once it is down, grab a lasso and tie the feet to where the headboard is, well tied so that it does not open and the same with the head, you tie the same and then you will grab one or two blankets and put them on the floor That will be so that your arms do not get ripped off and also for safety tie each arm where you will tilt the bed for that is the tie of the arms so that they do not open when tilting and from the side that you will pull the blanket from a clear end with the help of another person because it is heavy but that way you don't disassemble anything I hope it works for you!
