Hello all,
As it says in the description, my Aplio XG doesn't boot when it's powered on. Actually the monitor stays dark (monitor LED stays orange) , the touchscreen and operator panel do not turn on either.
I'm in kind of a hurry right now, if somebody that ever encountered this problem could help me, it would be a blessing.

Do you hear the fans running and the system try to turn? Is anything displayed on LCD and touchscreen during boot up? If it seems to turn on but just no displays I would look into the GPU, motherboard, or maybe software. The motherboard is on the right side. You could try pulling it out and reseat ram and GPU. If that doesn't work pull hdd and run check disk and disk tests from another pc if you can to see if it may be failing anything.

Yeah the fans are running, but the monitor, and the touchscreen do not turn up as well as the operating panel. Thank you for the leads, I'll look into them next week. But to be able reach the board, I need to know the procedure. Could you share the complete service manual (the version we got here only has part 1 and 2) if you happen to have it?
