i have mythic 18 hematology analyzer, it was ok but since last week it shows startup cycle failed and QC not done...plz help me out

Try bleach cycle,if not work ok afther that, dismantling needle rinsing head and clean it in bleach and replace o-ring.

Thank you Paul Moyer & Gile. There was a problem with RBC counting chamber, replaced. Can RBC counting chamber be repaired as i have old one available? Apparently there is no breakage or damage

In a small number of cases, I solved the problem myself by crimping the connectors again. In most cases, that didn't help
