Recently had to replace Gantry arm CPU board due to arm communication errors but was also having trouble getting the QAP AOP 25mm test to pass.
70-80% of the time it fails and shoots a MO/Rh shot @ 27kv instead of a passing of 26kv Mo/Mo
Every so often for seemingly no reason it'll take a passing shot several times in a row then out of nowhere starts failing again. PLEASE HELP ANY IDEAS?

What Cals have you done? I would start with easy stuff like the compression force calibration, breast thickness calibration, tube tilt and collimator. Then if it still doesn't pass every time, calibrate AOP on the console.
It wasn’t broken until I fixed it.

I did do AOP cali on console but didnt help...
(40 + 60mm pass everytime)
LOL 1 thing fixed 2 more problems pop up and on and on and on it goes :)

Redid all the calibrations none seem to have done anything. It still fails only 25mm AOP at random. Will keep compression on and not touch anything it'll pass twice and fail the third or fail a couple and pass five in a row!!?? So random
any suggestions??!!

FYI for anyone else with these issues.... Tech had dropped the bucky sometime ago, idk why it took awhile to become an issue, but I replaced the bucky redid cals and now it passes.
