i have GE logic p5 ultrasound, after installing software when i want to print an image, this message occurs (a patient must be selected for a permanent storage images) and it isn't printing, what's the problem?

Press f1 and go into the User Manual. lookup configuring connectivity.

the print key will need to be configured correctly. That message is usually displayed when storing to archive. It needs a patient ID to associate it with.
In Connectivity page, you will see where you can configure a separate key to send to printer. (bypasses the archive and does a screenshot)
