printing error

i have GE logic p5 ultrasound, after installing software when i want to print an image, this message occurs (a patient must be selected for a permanent storage images) and it isn't printing, what's the problem?

Press f1 and go into the User Manual.  lookup configuring connectivity. You can also go here and download a copy of the user manual. https://customer-doc.cloud.gehealthcare.com/#/cdp/dashboard

the print key will need to be configured correctly. That message is usually displayed when storing to archive. It needs a patient ID to associate it with.

In Connectivity page, you will see where you can configure a separate key to send to printer. (bypasses the archive and does a screenshot)
