Not booting

Good day team, please i really need help. My Siemens Acuson x700 is giving an error message. "Reboot to restore system functionality Service ID US_IMG_57" What do i do please?

from the error ID I can say this is a problem related to the software, you need to reinstall new software, so kindly I want to ask, what is the software version you already have now on the device? I can assist you with the software. feel free to contact me
