Has anyone had any luck reseting the HELP message on the display of this cryostat?

The standard way that techs (who don't have the special hidden Leica secrets) do it is to remove the coin battery, for a few seconds, and then reinstall it. I've done that on various Leica cryostats - it'll probably work on the 1860.
