Error F55
Hi Omair. F55 and F56 means that the voltage of the two battery banks are not the same. It activates when the difference is more than 12V.
1) Remove LH panel and measure the actual voltage between B0~B120+ and B0~B120-.
2) If they are within 10V from each other, enter service mode and adjust the A/D values to show the correct voltage ("foot" button for B120- side, and "Knee" button for B120+ side - see C.4 in manual). Then charge it and monitor the voltage.
3) If they are different by more than 12V, check each battery in the lower bank. If they are all similar voltage (no single dead battery found) then check F7 and F8. If the fuses are good check charging circuit (C.6 in the manual).
4) If all checks OK, then check relay K7 - sometimes one set of contacts becomes resistive, in which case the one motor draws more current when driving which makes one set of batteries dischare more than the other.
