This question is for a Puritan Bennett Companion 492a oxygen concentrator. Can someone please tell me how to turn off the alarm, it will not stop beeping, it is very loud. It beeps a long beep every 30 seconds and never stops. I works fine but just will not shut up. Please tell me how to turn the alarm off, or even make it quieter.
