This question is for a Puritan Bennett Companion 492a ,Can someone please tell me how to turn off the alarm, it will not stop beeping, it is very loud. It beeps a long beep every 30 seconds and never stops. I works fine but just will not shut up. Please tell me how to turn the alarm off, or even make it quieter.

Per troubleshooting step #11 on page 3-15, It may be a defective pressure switch or setting out of adjustment. This is assuming the flow and O2 concentration is within spec.
The audio alarm will also sound due to inadequate system pressure caused by AC power loss, dirty compressor inlet filters, or leaks/restrictions in the internal pneumatics.
