Fails volume accuracy test by -18.66%
RE: Infusion Pump Report Post

I personally would have started out with going into the calibration mode to calibrate the flow and also the sensors. If you could not get either to calibrate then I would have replaced the bottle/patient side pressure sensors. This has resolved the issue for me in the past.
Not that I have not seen a motor be the issue, 9 times out of 10 it will not be the motor. It will be a combination of the pressure sensors and possibly the AIL sensor. I know, the AIL sensor has nothing to do with correct flow of the fluid, it has to do with air in-line. But I have had to replace it after trying the pressure sensors. Only once did I ever have to replace a controller board for flow accuracy.

Thanks! So far, I replaced the AIL Sensor Assy. and it changed nothing. Replacing Upstream Occlusion Sensor, now...I'll uodate to let you know what the fix was.

Make sure that you recalibrate the pressure sensors and the flow through the calibration portion of the Alaris SW.

If the volume accuracy will not calibrate, check for cracks in the bezel posts where the drive assembly mounts (6 posts that the assebly screws into). The loose drive assembly causes the infused amounts to wander, even after calibration.
