Workstation Left/Right Video Out

Evening, I'm trying to pull video off of the workstation so that I can project it onto a screen for user training. I know that the left/right video out on the back of the workstation is an interlaced analog video (RS-170 format I believe) does anyone know of a convertor that will change the format to VGA, DVI, or HDMI? I've tried a couple of convertors designed for CCTV systems with no luck and have been Googling for hours and haven't found anything that looks like it will get the job done. Thanks in advance.
