No X-ray out

This machine was working till last September 2021. The current status is as follows: when pressing the exposure switch, the indicator shows that the x-ray is on, but no x-ray output. So, the machine is faulty, and it's my pleasure to know your opinions regarding this issue. Also, to diagnose that, the service document needed to investigate and fix the mentioned mammography machine.
