Leak test failing at 2.2 mmHg/min

Is it air or is it steam leaking & where should I look or rebuild? Unit is only 1.5 yrs old.

S-2 steam to chamber rebuild. Clean the valve seat with some green pad too. Probably =B

How would S-2 affect the leak test? Also I just rebuilt all 3 manifolds back in June.

S2 is steam to chamber valve.  Chamber has a leak. There's a way to test it pretty easily but 1 1/2 years is about how long they last. >7

2.2 mm leak also has S-2 written all over it.

95% of time it is S-2 or Ck-8. Do both. Ck-8 is $20

you can buy this valve kit off non-proprietary vendor for pretty cheap.

mmm, this is old, but...you've got a failing leak test. 1st step would be to examine your printout, when you are losing vacuum, is your temperature going up? If the temperature is going up then your S2 is most likely your issue as it is allowing steam into the chamber. (yes there are other possible causes), if your temp is staying low, like 180s(f), then you've got a plumbing leak. I like to install hand valves in certain locations to troubleshoot where the leak is coming from. It will save you a lot of time.
