I'm trying to get data out for a research project. Currently trying to test the demo version of medicollector but it cannot see the monitor.. No joy. In the Cardiocap/5 service menu when I burrow down to 'communication' then 'Computer If' I get 'Interface status CLOSED'. the Technical Manual implies ' CLOSED indicates that the necessary hardware is not present' is this really true? what hardware? or is it some software thing that I need to toggle.
Alternatively, on the graphical trends I can (painfully) read off data every 10sec by using the 20min scale and the cursor. In contrast the tabular trends seems to be set at 5min with no way to configure it. Any ideas?
For the project I want to read off gas bench concentrations for 5min in as much detail as possible
