That message appears when the batteries are weak. Usually plugging in the work station to the wall and connected to the Carm(ensure the green light by the key is turned on) and leave charging over night will resolve the issue. If not most likely the batteries in the Carm are bad.

Jrreyes is correct. Leave the system plugged in with the interconnect cable connected. If the battereis are around 3 years old I would look into getting them replaced. C-Arm batteries & charger
Use this test to determine if the C-Arm’s battery packs and charger are performing adequately.
WARNING: The following procedures generate X-rays. Take appropriate precautions before
performing the following tests. Use the appropriate PPE to protect yourself from
X-ray exposure.
1. Select Film mode and set the technique for 75 kVp @ 200 mA.
2. Make an exposure and verify that none of the following messages are displayed:
l X-ray Overtime
l kVp Error
l mA Error
3. With the C-Arm’s Battery Charger covers removed, make an exposure and verify that the red
LED bar graph located on the Battery Charger PCB indicates 170 to 190 volts during the shot.

If below 165 you need new battereis, also could be the battery charger and or facility power.
