Hi, Getting a 'Syringe Near Empty' alarm when syringe is no where near empty. Does anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this? Thanks in advance!

Hi ereynolds,
Do you use the PharmGuard software with this unit? This alarm can trigger based on a time limit and may need to be reset.
