I got the service manual from Baxter when they come in and installed my IV pump fleet here. The communication module service manual is more important to have in my opinion though. Much more important is to have the administration passwords to access the biomed functions more-so. You only get them when you attend the service class for the pumps unfortunately. There is a level 1 & 2 Biomed password that is needed. Level 1 allows to edit settings and stuff like that, and Level 2 is the secret code needed to do calibrations and stuff like that.. These passwords are much more important than the service manual.. the Service Manual is kind of common sense as everything is software driven basically.
