Hello everyone, I have to service an Ultrasonix Sonix Touch with the error Console connection fail, the 2nd screen (keyboard) is black, the mouse and enter work, the picture of the 1st screen with the probe is fine. Has anyone had this before, please!! i just need decent answers . (Com port cable is OK) Power supply, voltage, ? does anyone have a service manual? just send it to gita-ts@t-online.de Thanks and Greetings
