When you try to do the daily checkup the system repeated "Repeating last scan..." some time and stop the checkup with the message " no more scan restarts allowed" "function filament adaptation aborted by error" , "Function checkup Aborted by error"

Need help with this error...

One of the most common reasons for this error is the scan room temperature, if it goes below 15C the machine will not complete the checkup and will deny further scans.

If you are located in a cold weather place and have the AC running in the scan room and feel it is so cold then:

1. Turn off the AC and keep the machine running.

2. Wait 15 to 30 minutes and try checkup again.

 Probably the tube is going to be defect. the system have no suffisant filament current to produce a certain kind of tube current and ask to do a filament adaptation.

 

we need logbook from the system if you have a valid service key or a picture of the eventlog in service clients for more details to analyse the problem
