I get the message Flow obstruction. How can I fix it

Verify that the sample does not contain clots or aggregates. If no aggregates are visible, repeat once to rule out a defective PFA test cartridge.

• A sample that results in repeated flow obstruction may have resulted from problems during blood collection. Recollect blood sample and repeat test.

• If problems persist, contact Siemens Service.
