Which areas should be oiled, how often, and with what type of lubricant?

Recommended maintenance is shown on page vii of the Service Manual. No lubrication interval is recommended. There are some lubrication points shown on page A-14 and B-11 of the troubleshooting section using lithium grease. You could add this as part of a PM if you so choose.
