Hi, i have AMSCO Century Small that shiws in display "Testing Memory please wait " this message is stuck there and it has no plan to leave >#.
I checked ram battery voltage and it was ok, does anyone has any idea why this happened ?

Per a Steris rep. You will need to replaced the entire control box. He went through one board at a time and nothing fixed it but replacing the entire box.

I've had this several times. The control board went. Make sure your fan filter is clean. You will need to call Steris in to program the new control board unless you bought the kit that allows you to do it yourself. Also make sure your power supply is good. Heat and bad voltage is what kills the control board.

I have faced the same issue twice in a couple of weeks. I am simply a custom patch maker with no idea what's going with these complicated machines. A professional told me to get the fan filter cleaned for better results.
