Disk read error occurred

It sounds like the hardrive has gone bad. GE (and others) like to put custom firmware/formatting/specific file structures on their hard drives. We usually can't just slap another one in. I've gone through this and ended up calling GE in.

guys let clear the problem when it strat the system boot it say '' the file or directory c:\windows\csc\00000002is corrupted and un readable and tells me that i have to run the Chkdsk utility''.
