When I turn on my unit, it shows Masimo for several seconds then the screen goes black and my home and alarm flash on and off and the unit beeps. I've tried a hard restart that didn't work. Does anyone why it is doing this and whether I can fix it myself.

Hello Medina Gentry,
Did you solved the problem? You can try to open it up and search for the battery inside (BIOS Battery). Disconnect it and reconnect it, maybe that would help.

Well, after charging all weekend, the unit finally came on and passed inspection. Thanks to all of you for your help.
