Hey JVP,
The Alaris hardware error codes are a three digit number then a four digit number. Eg XXX-XXXX. What you have is a software issue. Your best best is to re-flash the machine if you have the software to do so.

I figured out that the serial # saved to the PCU was incorrect, so I updated the S/N and re-flashed the unit. It worked. Thanks for the reply.
