CX50 Unable start instrument

Hello. I have a US CX50 and when I start the system the following message appears: "Unable to start instrument. Please contact your Philips representative". How do I resolve?

Hi there,

in this case an FSE needs to visit your device and reload the whole software from the bios again. Later a HW test is needed.
