Blower motor not coming on

Blower motor is not coming on What can I check to find out what the problem may be

Equipment: Hillrom - TotalCare P500 Intensive Care Bed

That what checking now the fuse are fine. The filter that someone had mentioned was totally clogged up. Took and washed them.
