We found this error, when we investigate what it means we find that the camera rotation blocked, but we want to know how we can fix it.
Would someone can help us how ti fix it, please.

If you don't see any obstruction to it rotating it's 220 degrees of movement, then there is either a bad camera rotation motor, or a bad camera rotation follow-pot. We have replacement parts, if you need them.
