Sir i have problem that rbc ,wbc and plt every thing are **** except hb which is 0.00 at sample black

check diuent's volume and rinse's volume first. it maybe almost empty.
replace diluent and rinse then prime
check the flow of the volumetric tube.
check the count time of wbc and rbc if it is within range through system test that can be found in the menu. 12 to 13 for wbc 15 to 16.5 for rbc.
