How to change filter

Hey Barbs,

The service and maintenance log file in the Documents section can help with the schedule. Really there is just the large particulate filter on the back of the machine that just needs to be washed out once in a while. There is a HEPA filter inside that should be changed out every one or two years. You can find a diagram here labeled 41.  Which would be PN MC44D-605.

Hi, I cannot find this little black square. Every video and illustration shows it and it's not there on my mom's concentrator. There isn't even a spot where it would fit in. Is there something wrong with our oxygenator or have we been screwed?

Units manufactured after Oct 2020 don't have a large particle filter.

What kinda soap is used to clean the filter??

We've never used soap. Just rinsed it out.
