MedSurg bed foot and head will not go up at the same time.

Have a MedSurg S3 bed that the head and foot will not go up at the same time when raising the head of the bed. Individually they are fine. I was curious if it was part of the programming on this particular bed that would not allow it to raise the foot up when I am raising the head.
