Is this the correct Service Manual for your equipment?
It talks about the language settings in chapter 1. You may need a USB service key to access the setings.

You definitely need the service key to change languages, see page 84 of 208 in the manual supplied here in the documents section.
I have a key from our old unit but I don't think I can make copies of it.
