Someone who has the software for the ESG-400 unit, I get this error E433, in the manual it tells me an internal software error.

E433 can be a permanent error or a temporary error and it can be caused by a faulty foot switch or an internal board failure. Try disconnecting all peripherals from the device and see if that clears the error. If the error only appears when a foot switch is connected, then it is likely caused by a faulty foot switch. If the error occurs permanently without any peripherals attached, then it is likely an internal board failure.
