I have had, on two occasions, the cuff inflate without any input from the user. I called tech support and they claimed this is a known issue. Is there anyone who has seen this happen? I haven't seen an alert yet.

No, there was no injury and it's on a 120VAC/60Hz outlet. I called tech support and they said if there was any Rf in the room it might cause it to inflate. They told me to move around the room until I found a spot where it would be OK. They recommended not to plug into an outlet with a bovie on the same circuit. The techs said they had seen this before and I asked how they could let this go as is, it will always be in an operating room.
I would assume a choke would solve the problem if I knew where to put it.
