Error: Cannot find QA block. Check position.

Hello, just bring used one to my warehouse. Before they send to me all tests was passed well. Now I have same error every time, and I doing everything exactly like in manual: Cannot find QA block. Check positions. So laser X right on QA x. It’s start scanning, start to search something, and always can’t pass QA test, always same error. Can you help please? Where to start?

When the system was brought to your warehouse did you install it per the OEM procedures?  If you did not follow the installation procedures it's not likely to function correctly, and if you did not calibrate it your results will be useless.  The issues with finding the QA block could be a wide array of problems depending on how the equipment was dissassembled and reassembled.

ENTER SERVICE PROCEDURE AND LOOK AT X-RAY LEVEL . THERE IS A PROBLEM IF YOU DIDN'T SET THE SIGNAL LEVELS BECAUSE IT'S FLAT DAY.
