System Failure 09 - AA 10 xx xx

I have a GE Panda warmer with a System Failure 09 - AA 10 xx xx. Manual suggests it's a power issue and to replace main board (I know...).

Replaced main board, all seemed well, failure returned.

Replaced power board, reset the heat engine, worked for the rest of a day, and failure returned.

Measured element resistance, it's good.

Measured both thermostats, they're good.

Collected error log through PuTTY and found this little nugget:

PWRM_3.0.0.29,5,36.5,100,M,0,0,0,-1,00,12

* SYSTEM FAILURE Ticks: 3207

* System Failure 09- Ticks: 3208

PWRM_3.0.0.29,5,36.5,100,M,0,0,0,-1,00,12

Any suggestions on where to go next? The output appears to resolve based on the subsequent output via serial connection, however, the screen remains hung up at the System Failure screen.

Equipment: GE Healthcare - Panda iRES

Do you have a diagram? If not, then send at least the pinouts of all the elements.

Thanks for your follow up. We checked everything but the element, and have since ordered a replacement (for the price, I think the heavens will part and champagne shall start flowing), but it will be very delayed. More output I was able to trace indicated that a safety relay on the power board was opening, but only when started from cold; once started and the error cleared, the warmer would run all day without issue.

It has to be the element... We've had one ordered for some time now, and it's slow as... well, fill in the blank. One of the safety relays are tripping. If you reset the heat element again, it *should* clear and you're off to the races with the startup happening without issue and run for an extended period. Power off and let it cool, and your problem is back, correct?
