Hi Moha,
Based on what we can gather from your question, this is most likely a failure of the wedges/slits in the collimator. You should be able to confirm this by using the controls on the GTSA board to move the wedges and slits and confirm that it is what’s causing the noise. If the noise occurs during manual operation then you should inspect the collimator and make sure all connections are good, then open it up and check for objects that could prevent the motors from working. If it’s still not working at this point, you can do either of the following based on your experience: 1) Identify the bad motor and replace it, or 2) replace the collimator.
