Error message

The device is not working and I get the message " error1".Could you explain what does it stand for?

ERROR01 Measured value is abnormal. For averages, the difference between measurements is excessively large. Repeat the measurement. User manual is available from the Drager web site https://www.draeger.com/Products/Content/jm-105-sw-120-ifu-9510905-en.pdf

Hello,

I am getting an error1 message but I have the device set to 1 sample. The light does not come on when I try take the sample whether it be the checker setting or on a real measure sample on the skin.

Can anyone help me?
