Hi everyone, our machine is able to turn on but it wouldn't stayed on, it shuts down automatically. Could someone please give me some tips if there is something that we can do to fix the problem? Thank you in advance.

If its plugged in and abruptly looses power then I would suspect the power supply. You may also want to try booting without the battery in.
