Hi everyone, our machine is able to turn on but it wouldn't stayed on, it shuts down automatically. Could someone please give me some tips if there is something that we can do to fix the problem? Thank you in advance.

Hey VanessaENT,
Does the unit go through a full shut down process or is it just cutting out all of the sudden? Is it on battery power or plugged in? I'd try removing the battery and see if it still shuts off.
