Possible Hydraulic problem

I have a p1900 that the head wont stay elevated from a flat position. The fluid tank is full. Anyone have ideas what to check next or how to correct this? Thanks

If the rest of the bed hydraulics seems to function, I do not think your oil reservoir has a crack. There is a good chance you might have a valve problem. You should check valves S&7, S8, and possibly your CPR valve. You could check to see if the connections of the head actuator is leaking oil as well. I have had this problem before it usually was a valve failing.

Hello everyone! I have a very similar issue, but I am a female, non-DIY… :-(

I take care of my 83 yo uncle, and I  bought this bed used from a medical supply co. which is now out of business.

I live in Sacramento, CA. Can someone recommend a company, or person that could come out to the house and try to fix it?

my email: mamaoga1@sbcglobal.net

Just write P1900 in the title, so I can search for it. I get so much spam…

Thank you all, in advance!!!
