Fault Code 15.2

Hi, I hope someone can advise. I have a candela yag pro. Just 6 months ago, I had a refurbished power supply fitted. A few days ago, after calibrating the laser and just about as I was to start inserting the gauge to start treatment, the laser sparked at the front end and showed fault code 15.2 and left black soot marks on the handpiece. I have cleaned the handpiece and replaced the mirror in the handpiece. Please can someone help to why i got this fault and what I must do?

Call an engineer to recalibrate your machine, black soot did you change fiber soon?
