Reset Cycle

The sterilizer had the Error 77 (Puncture Cylinder Failure), so I replaced it, but now I can not eliminate the error. I want to reset the system to start a new cycle with the new Puncture Cylinder, but it does not allow me to do it. Can someone guide me to know what to do and if someone knows a master code to do that.
