X-ray word limit error during KVP calibration

I was performing a calibration on a AMX-4+ and once I get the 120 kvp range I expose 4 times and make one last adjustment at 124.9 kvp, and I get the “X-ray word limit” error. At this point I’m lost on what could be the problem, if anyone has any suggestions beyond the service manual that would be appreciated! Thanks

Thanks but I figured out the problem. If you try to adjust the KVP by more than 3 whole numbers it will cause the error “X-ray word limit”. For anyone experiencing this problem just take your time on calibration and slowly change the KVP by three moving closer to the actual KVP each time! Hope this helps save some time!
