Has anyone here ever faced this problem? where the Baxter pumps take too long to update the drug library or wont update at all? and if so, does anyone have a solution? Me and my team are currently facing this dilemma, any help/assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I have encountered the issue when updating many pumps at one time, such as after a software upgrade. I haven't found anything to speed it up. It seems like they go at their own pace. Walking the pumps around, forcing them to switch access points seems like it helps at times.

Just walk around the hospital to different locations with the pumps that won't download. I don't know if it actually helps, but it seems to.
